Keith Doney won the SQC 1 class with 238,5 points
Mark R. Padernal - EMMA Philippines National champion
Mark became champion in class 5CH Experienced with a DLS setup consisting of: Scandinavia 1 - 3 - 6, RA40 amplifier, A3 amplifier, A6 amplifier and Pioneer DEX P99RS head unit. Here are the photos of his competition car.
IASCA finals in South Africa - a great success for DLS
The South African finals were held last weekend in Durban. There were six Sound Quality classes and Team DLS cars won in all classes as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall Best of Show. Read more!
IASCA finals in Mexico
At the2009 IASCA Mexican finals, held in Celaya Guanajuato on November 15th, Clemente Bauza became champion in class PRO STREET with DLS amplifiers and speakers. Read more!

EMMA European finals in Rotterdam
The 9th edition of the EMMA Eurofinals gathered 242 cars and competitors aiming to take one of 75 trophies and great fame, which will last at least for one year – sometimes forever! For four days Rotterdam’s Ahoy exhibition centre and its annual 100 % Tuning Show was the host of this year’s final judgment defining the best sounding, the loudest, the fastest and the most exciting technical perfections on four wheels.
Team DLS won in the two most prestigious classes at the EMMA Eurofinals. Dimitry Matveev from Russia with DLS 007 won the Expert unlimited One Class and Jaka Seles from Slovenia with the DLS Vertigo won in Master Unlimited. Jaka’s Vertigo Beetle also became awarded with the Ahoy 100% Tuning Best of Show Award!
Besides this Team DLS got some 2nd, 3rd and 4th places:
- Arun Sharma from UK was 2nd in Experience unlimited
- Jarno Löjtönen from Finland 2nd in Master 7 channels
- Patrik Skogholm from Sweden 3rd in Advanced 5 channels

EMMA Finland 2009 finals
At the EMMA Finland 2009 finals all three Master –classes were won by Team DLS cars.
Pasi Kalliojärvi took the first place in Master-5 and second place in Best Of Install with his Seat Ibiza FR.
Jarno Lötjönen took the first place in Master-7 and Best Of Sound with his Opel Astra H Wagon.
Henri Ylönen took the first place in Master-Unlimited with his BMW 330d.

South European EMMA championships in Ljubbljana -
a great success for DLS Slovenia.

IASCA UK finals
At the IASCA UK finals Team DLS Ireland/UK took two first preices. Anthony Smyth won in class Semi Pro and Andy Blanch won in class SQC2.

We just got a report from the 1st IASCA competition in UK. All 3 members of the DLS UK team (Andy Blanch, Nigel Skingley and Anthony Smyth) won 1st place in their respective class.
EMMA European finals 2007
This years European finals held in Herning Denmark in October 26-28.
The competitions were very tough but the DLS competitors managed to do a great job.
We had an international tuning team on place and they did a great tuning job on the DLS cars. The tuning team was:

- Mikael Järvemyr, PM-shopen in Stockholm
- Keith Doney from the US
- Ellis Lee from Singapore

There were 223 cars from 24 countries entering, and around 35 of these were cars fully equipped with DLS equipment except for the head unit. Here is the product statistics from the Eurofinals 2007.

Erik Tryka from Germany won the Master 5 channels class. His car was not a fully equipped DLS car but Erik used DLS subwoofers andcables. The amplifiers was a mix with DLS and McIntosh. We had also a part winner in Experienced unlimited with Slawomir Krótki from Poland. He used an Ultimate A7 amp in his Fiat Stilo.

IASCA world finals 2007
At the IASCA world finals in Atlanta USA the DLS cars came out extremely good. Eddy deJesus won the ISQC-class (International Sound Quality Competition), with Keith Doney on 2nd. place. Aaron Young - Australian champion 2006
Aaron Young has just became Australian Champion - PRO SHOW Class 2006. He not only won the event but also had the largest winning margin in any CAASQ event ever in the history of competition. As well as winning Australia’s highest sound quality title his car was also named best of show at the national Finals in Wagga Wagga. Aaron uses and all DLS system comprising Alpine DVA 9965 head unit & H701 processor. Front speakers are Iridium 6.3i, 2 x IR12” subs and a combination of Reference RA20 and Ultimate A3 amplifiers. Aaron remains undefeated since competing with his DLS system.
DLS TA2 tube amplifier, a winner in both IASCA and EMMA-finals 2006
The new DLS TA 2 tube amplifier has been a great success. The Thai BMW who won both the IASCA and ISQC finals, had the TA2 installed. And two of the winners in the European finals in Bern had the TA2 as well. It was Per Söder with the Lime Beetle who won in in Expert Sound Only, and Jaka Seles from Slovena with his VW Beetle "Galaxy", who won in Expert unlimited.
EMMA European finals 2006 in Bern, Switzerland.
The European finals 2006 were held in Bern at September 22-24. A large number of competition cars where there to try to get the trophys. 255 competitors from 28 countries participated. DLS had 35 cars from a large number of countries. Among the most succesful where the cars from Sweden, Slovenia and Russia. The DLS team captured 5 first, 5 second and 3 third places. Jaka Seles from Slovenia got the price for Best installation. You find the result list here.

IASCA finals 2006, Atlanta USA.
The IASCA finals were held in Atlanta on September 16-17. We would like to mention the BMW that was shipped from Thailand. This car won the SQ Ultimate PRO as well as the ISQC competition. The BMW will also be shown in the DLS booth at the CES show 2007 in Las Vegas.

EMMA European Car Sound finals 2005 in Athens, Greece.
ON october 22-23 EMMA in Greece arranged the european finals. The result for Team DLS cars was very good despite many cars from countries far away from Greece were missing. The total result was 6 first places, 4 second places and a bunch of third places.

Anthony Smith from Northern Ireland competed in this yerars (2004) European IASCA finals with excellent result. He took first place in Sound quality rookie 601+ using DLS Iridium 6.2 front system powered by 2 x DLS Ultimate A5 amplifiers.
European car sound finals 2004 in Budapest, Hungary
This years European car sound EMMA finals were held in Budapest on September 17-19. The results for Team DLS was excellent, Eleven first places, three second places and two third places. Together with EMMA our russian friends organizied the european finals 2003 in St Petersburg. All arrangements were great and appreciated by the competitors. Abbe Azar from PM-shopen in Stockholm came 4:th on PRO unlimited. Both Abbe and Jaka Seles (who came 2:nd) had much higher sound quality score than the winning car in this class. On place in St Petersburg were also Peter Flodqvist and Mikael Järvemyr and they did a great job with tweaking and supporting the DLS TEAMS. DLS congratulates all the competitors for their success and great job.
Taiwan IASCA finals 2003
In the SPL competition DLS had two cars. The first was using six A6 amplifiers connected to two SP18S subwoofers. This car won the SPL class "A" playing 167,9 dB. It also competed and won in the Unlimited class playing 173,8 dB.
The second car was using four A6 amplifiers connected to two SP12 subwoofers. This car won in class "B" playing 171,7 dB and won also in class "C" playing 171 dB.
In the sound quality classes DLS cars got one 2:nd, one 3:rd, and one 5:th place.
In class SQ 910 W+ the DLS car took second place using 2 xA7 amplifier, Iridium 6.3 in front and 2 x UR12 subs. This car also became SQ (sound quality) champion.
In class SQ 601W - 900 W the DLS car took third place using 1xA3, 1xA6 and 2xA2 amplifiers. Iridium 6.3 as front system and 1xUR15 subwoofer.
Ukrainian championship 2003
In the Ukrainian championships DLS got the following good results:
1st place in Expert 600, ESPL Expert, Rookie Sound only, Rookie unlimited, Amateur Sound only and Amateur unlimited.
2nd place in Multimedia and Professional unlimited
3rd place in Professional 600

DLS Takes the USA IASCA Finals 2002 by Storm!
With five top-3 finishes, including one world championship, it seems safe to say that DLS has made it presence known to the top competitors and manufacturers in the United States. First place in Pro-Street 601+ class, Keith Downey was victorious with his Silver 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. Second place in the Pro-Street 601+ class was Bill Acevedo with his Black 1994 Acura Legend Coupe. Second place in the Pro-Ultimate 301-600 class was Philip Petracca with his 1987 Mercedes Benz 560 SEC. Third place in the Amateur-Street 601+ class was Ira Senoff with his 2000 Lexus GS400. Third place in the Novice-Street 601+ class was Brain Greg with his 1995 Chevy Camaro SS. Overall, DLS had a successful showing at the 2002 IASCA Finals with six ofseven cars finishing in the Top 5.
